Alison Serrano has over ten years of experience in marketing, most recently in the healthcare industry. Alison has held roles in marketing, corporate communications and collateral development for healthcare organizations and technology firms.

Alison presently serves as Manager, Member Services of the Drug Safety Executive Council (DSEC) where she assists in member recruitment and retention.  Alison helps produce member events and serves as content manager of the web site www.drugsafetycouncil.org.  Her responsibilities include web design and content development.

Prior to her role at DSEC, Alison developed content and managed direct mail campaigns at Private Healthcare Systems (now MultiPlan).

Alison Serrano received her B.A. in English from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY.  She resides in Marlborough, MA with her husband.
