The Drug Safety Executive Council (DSEC) is managed by Cambridge Healthtech Associates (CHA), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cambridge Healthtech Institute (CHI).

Once you register for DSEC membership, you may receive orientation emails from DSEC. Members may also receive notification of new programming and/or content, changes to policies, and announcements regarding upcoming events.

By submitting your email address in connection with the use of this Service, you agree that DSEC and its partners may use your email address to contact you with relevant content and advertising. DSEC may send emails on behalf of sponsoring organizations, or the partners may send mailings to you directly. All mailings will include an option to unsubscribe from future mailings.   


We may also use personal information in a manner that does not identify you specifically nor allow you to be contacted but does identify certain criteria about DSEC members in general. For example, we may inform sponsors about the number of registered users, number of unique visitors, and click-thrus on specific links. Any information we share will be on a purely aggregate basis, rather than tied to site activity as it relates to individual members. 

Other than the instances outlined above, DSEC does not sell or share your personal information with anyone.  

Security 
DSEC takes all reasonable measures to protect and secure the information you provide to us. The personal information you enter online such as name, email address, address, credit card, etc. are encrypted using secure socket layer (SSL) encryption technology. If you are using Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer you can tell the technology is working when you see the lock icon at the bottom of your browser.

Protection of Children's Personal Information 
 
DSEC is a general audience site and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. DSEC encourages parents and guardians to spend time online with their children and to participate in the interactive activities offered on the sites their children visit. No information should be submitted to DSEC's website by visitors under 18 years of age without the consent of their parent or guardian.

This website contains links to other websites that are not controlled by DSEC ("Third Party Sites"). Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. DSEC's Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by this website.  

Changes to this Privacy Policy  
Cambridge Healthtech Associates will occasionally update DSEC's privacy policy. When we do, we will also revise the "last updated" date at the top of the privacy policy. For material changes to this statement, DSEC will notify members by placing prominent notice on the site.
