3. What is the most efficient strategy to incorporate novel biomarkers into a) internal decision-making criteria, b) development programs, and c) regulatory decision-making?
4. Why are safety biomarkers viewed differently than disease or efficacy biomarkers?
5. How can emerging biomarkers that are utilized in vitro or in animals be translated into human clinical trials?
6. Should in vitro, in vivo, and clinical data accumulated on the performance of novel safety biomarkers be shared, and if so, how?
